My Staycation at Cobblestone Paris

Paris Fashion Week // Travel Accommodations

Bonjour! I had a little staycation at the beautiful Voyage En Isle by Cobblestone Paris during my trip to France for Paris Fashion Week. Centrally located right near the Seine river and Notre Dame, the neighborhood was full of life and crawling with cute little restaurants and shops. Everything you could possibly need is a short walk away (which I loved, since I cant speak french and anything that is nearby is always a huge plus). When we arrived, our greeter walked us into the appartment and showed us how everything worked, helped us get settled, and he even gave us suggestions on where to eat and explore the city. A complementary bottle of wine and chocolate were left on the table for us to enjoy.

The Living/Dining/Kitchen

When I walked in, I was immediately drawn in by the charming decor and lovely view. The kitchen is adorable, and it even housed a washer/dryer underneath the counter top. Everything was modern, and integrated into the cabinets which the home-renovation-snob in me fell in love with. Even a television cabinet and drawers full of DVDs were integrated as well. I curled up on the couch, which is also a pull-out bed and extra pillows) with a complimentary glass of wine + chocolate and watched Ratatouille. (the tourist in me couldn't resist such a cute Parisian flick!) The living room has 2 windows that fully open up so I could enjoy the beautiful sunlight that streamed in. The living room window looked into the double windows in the bedroom, so I was able to take some amazing Parisian lifestyle shots. (scroll down to check out the photoshoot)

The Bedroom

The bedroom has beautiful natural light, plus a gorgeous chandelier hanging over the bed, giving the room a bit of an old school/victorian vibe. Wood beams lined the ceiling, and added to the dramatic effect of the chandelier. The bed was very comfortable, and the blankets were warm and cozy. I especially loved the beaded throw pillows, super cute touch! The lighting in the room was dimmable, so I was able to find the perfect brightness. The room has a large armor big enough for 2 people to use, and came with a iron + ironing board for outfit touchups.

The Bathroom

Every appartment needs a luxurious bathroom, and Cobblestone was no exception :) A rain shower head, lots of fresh towels, complimentary shampoo + conditioner, and beautiful tile work made me feel as if i was in a resort. The lighting in the bathroom was exceptional, and allowed me to do a detailed hair and makeup look for my photoshoot.

Overall, I am thrilled with my experience at Cobblestone Paris, and look forward to staying here again during fall fashion week. Ps, did i mention they have several appartment rentals to choose from? That way you can decide the best central location to make traveling to fashion shows a bit easier. I highly recommend

the room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, it even has the cutest little balcony, perfect for brunch photos!

Ps. use my code EVAC when you book with Cobblestone, for a free cruise.
