Welcome back to my blog! This week i want to talk about some healthy changes I've made to my diet and lifestyle. I went to a longevity doctor, and got some incredible information on diet and how it affects your body. Il be writing a whole, in-depth post about this at a later date. What encouraged me to book the appointment was my skin. I have been experiencing more breakouts than ever, on my face, chest, and back, and even arms sometimes, and decided enough is enough. With simple diet changes, Ive been able to clear it up a bit. But not as much as I'd like. I searched around and found some amazing skincare systems.
