Hi loves! It's been a while since I gave you an update on how the wedding planning is going.
Let's be real, this process is overwhelming and I realized early on that I am not qualified to plan this wedding on my own. With all the tiny details, deadlines, and bookings, I knew that I needed help because I want to do this right. Laura of Fawn Events came into my life at just the right time, and she is a total dream to work with. Every event she touches is magazine worthy, and I am so excited to see the plans she has for our wedding. She has lifted such a weight off my shoulders, and I could not be more excited! I'm no longer stressed out, and it feels amazing to say that. We are currently in the process of booking our venue (just need to sign the contract). We also hired our photographer + videographer to capture all the magic.
Since we have most of the important vendors booked, we are ready to propose to our bridal party! Lauren of Box and Bow designed these absolutely STUNNING proposal boxes for my bridesmaids, and I am blown away at how they turned out. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and I love how she coordinated the bow + pampas grass to fit my wedding theme. Her boxes are fully customizable via the B.Y.O.B. (Build Your Own Box) option, and I chose to fill mine with a personalized stainless flute, ceramic "darling" trinket dish, rose purifying clay mask, peach smoothie lip scrub, a tortoise hair clip, and a Paddywax Cotton + Teak Glow Candle (this is the best smelling candle I have ever had). Lauren inscribed each bridesmaid's name on the top of the lid, and inscribed the proposal inside. My bridesmaid's reactions to these boxes has brought me so much joy! Seeing them light up makes me even more excited for our wedding, because having the right people by your side is so important. I truly have the best ladies in my life and feel so lucky!
