Beyond its aesthetics, the Estancia Hotel offers an array of world-class amenities, an indulgent full-service spa, cherished local events, and a diverse selection of dining options that harmonize seamlessly with the Spanish-infused ambiance. In addition to the complimentary gourmet coffee in our room, I absolutely loved the on site coffee shop. I highly recommend their vanilla latte - it is delicious.
After you've had your morning coffee, head outside to the garden for a complimentary yoga session, it's an incredible workout! Next, stop by Greenfinch for brunch - you cannot go wrong with Eggs Benedict & a stunning garden view.
After your meal, head over to the pool and enjoy a cabana for the day while snacking on fresh fruit and sipping champagne.
When you're ready for dinner, make your way to their on site restaurant, Mustangs & Burros. Live music sets the tone for a romantic evening alongside coastal-inspired cuisine. If you're in the mood, make sure to order a barrel-aged cocktail and don't skip dessert - the churros are to die for!
NEWLY REMODELED GUEST ROOMS
This 395 square foot home-away-from-home is absolutely breathtaking. Radiant sunlight and garden vistas envelop each of the 210 elegantly furnished guest rooms and suites, thoughtfully scattered across their lush gardens. Personal balconies or patios provide the perfect canvas for crafting a private oasis to enjoy our complimentary charcuterie board & chardonnay. From the oversized luxurious shower, to the opruent linens and expertly curated furniture, every square inch of our Estate Garden View Room was perfection. I was immediately obsessed with the cozy dining nook, it was the perfect space to catch up on emails and enjoy a glass of wine.
